Do not throw your serial Midi interfaces.
I have the Alpha version of the MIDI driver for the Stealth port

You want to test it write to : Blanc.cyril@wanadoo.fr indicating your Midi config

Your obligatio will be to report of your test.

Already test with 2 MTI II Motu works !

YEAH! not only did cyril email me the driver+setup, but i had emailed geethree and asked about possibilities and they sent it immediately too.
i just tested and succeeded:
opcode studio4 midi i/o to stealth serial port midi setup in OS 10.2.3.
midi in and out in XMAX/MSP - working!
yeah!
that's a company that's on top of it.

This is a very good news, indeed! Thanks Ciryl for your communication works, and thanks to geethree for their adapters & drivers. Is there no timing issues, or any drawbacks at all?

BTW, can someone post the specs & prices of those adapters (say, 2 ports)? Thanks in advance.

Also, I'm wondering exactly what "tested" and "works" means. For example, IIRC, MOTU provided software in OS 9.x for setting up and controlling the many routing configurations available on their bigger serial MIDI devices like the TimePieces and MIDI XPress, saving those set-ups and recalling them. If MOTU isn't supporting any of that under OS X at all, are you limited to their hardware-switchable routing pre-sets? Anybody with one of these devices that can tell how this is all working in actual use?

I would also like to get my setup working in 10.2.3 using a Studio 5LX. I received a beta plug-in from geethree, however it doesn't seem to be working for me. Am I doing something wrong? Audio MIDI setup sees all 15 INs and OUTs, but when I launch Logic 5.5, no MIDI IN or OUT activity to and from my gear.
