I am still pondering the question -ibook or powerbook. I would like the 1.5 powerbook, but I will still need to buy M box,keyboard and hardrive. Would the 1.2 ibook with full Ram be enough for my needs. I will want to run everything from the laptop - recording, synths/samplers/sequencer. and later on i would like to make movies.

The biggest differences are Powerbooks have a larger cache, support dual monitors, Firewire800 for faster hard drives.
