OK...I have a particular song in Pro Tools and I have T-racks. One song runs into the next song on Protools, it is all on the same timeline. Thats fine. But when I go to press the CD I want each song to have separate track numbers, but still play continuously without a break. What is the best way to go about this?????????

Create a memory location at the point where you want the track numbers to change.

Highlight the region from that point to where the first song starts.

Under the file menu, select "bounce to disk", and bounce the selected region as a 16-bit stereo interleaved AIFF at 41k

Now highlight from that memory location to the end of the second track, and bounce that to disk.

Import both of those files into iTunes

Under preferences in iTunes, make sure "gap between songs" is set to "none"

Now those two tracks they should play back seemlessly when you put that disc in your stereo.

I have had CDs play back with a tiny bit of silence between tracks like that if I play the CD on my Mac, but when I put them in any other CD player they play back without a gap between the tracks.

Yup, get Toast with jam on it (no pun intended). In jam you highlight what you want your track to be. Make sure you use the sync with last song function to get them seamless. Then just burn to toast. Make sure the gap is set to 0 sec.
