I've searched high & low to find an app to convert AIFF or MP3 files to RealAudio. The RealProducer is just for OS 9 and I just don't do 9 anymore. Fingers crossed!

the only encoder for OSX I've seen came with the now discontinued version of Adobe Premiere.

Also check for encoders at Versiontracker.com cool.gif
