Help With Peak Le 4 Options

I am new to using this program, and I am hoping somebody might be able to answer this question.

When i am finished with my tracks for my cd

1. Is there a way in peak that i can make a playlist of all my songs,
2. Adjust the Gain so that the tracks are all consistant in volume
3. Burn A master cd?

I tried following the instructions in the manual, but all i got were clicks, and no tracks on my cd.
