I have a Mackie 16 channel, MOTU 2408, a Mac G3 with 768 RAM - 100 GB hard drive, Audio Desk that came with the MOTU 2408, and a rack full of the necessary outboard gear for home studio recording. I'm trying to wire all of this together so myself and some friends can record to hard drive live using headphones as a monitoring system. First things first...how do I run the analog instruments from the board into the MOTU and have them show up in AudioDesk? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated - the MOTU manual does not cover this type of setup.
