Hi all, i just moved to mac and ableton, so im pretty much in a whole new world. I downloaded a freeware synth, buzzer, but im not too familiar with installing it into my comp. to be used in ableton.. any help?

You can put the vst in either of your plug-in folders:

<your hard drive> --> Library-->Audio-->Plug-Ins-->VST

or

<your home folder>-->Library-->Audio-->Plug-Ins-->VST


FYI the folder in Plug-Ins named "Components" is where Audio Unit plugins live.
