Hello ,
I'm not sure which LCD is the right one to go for. Maybe you know which one's the better choice. Or maybe you know of a better LCD in that price range. Right now I'm looking at these two brands:
NEC ASLCD200VX-BK / 20-Inch / 1600 x 1200 /
UXGA /Black

or

Samsung 213T-Silver / 21.3-Inch / 1600 x 1200
UXGA / Silver

Thank you.

Mizzeh.

Purchasing an LCD is the same as buying any other piece of computer hardware.

The question is: how will you be using it?

If you're only doing music apps, then getting an lcd with specs that would impress a graphic artist would be a waste of money.

But if you play a lot of games and stuff, you're going to want something better than the bargain basement stuff out there.

So it all depends on what you're going to do with it.

I'll be using the computer for music.. that's it (Logic 7) I was told to becareful because I want to be able to look at the screens for many hours so the quality should be good enough for that.
