Does anyone know anything about using the Echo Mona soundcard with Mac Laptops. It seems like a really nice piece of equipment but I haven't heard much about it outside of advertizements.

What about Cubase for Macs since the Mona comes with CubaseVST?

I'm planning on buying a system for recording mostly myself and mabye a small flok/blugrass band. Mostly acoustic for now but I am interested in adding Midi and other digital stuff to my own recordings.

I'm unsure of what laptop I want/can afford either an Ibook or Tibook hopefully.
If anyone has had experience with a setup like this let me know.

I just bought the mona laptop - i should be getting it in the mail
today. I've read great things about the sound + it has phantom power
and mic pre-amps - seems like a better set up than the 828 /

Will be using with a 400 Ti and Logic

I'll post comments as i start using
