When are they going to add Adc (AUTOMATIC DELAY COMPENSATION) to ptle then we could all use our UAD 1 CARDS AND POWERCORE and I recently purchased a Focusrite Liquid mix which uses a wrapper in Pro tools and it also has latency issues,

so when are they going to add this feature as cubase and logic work fine with all the above cards and plugins?.

I would say never. They already have delay compensation for their plugs.

Digidesign is a hardware company first, software second. As such, they're not going to give you less reason to upgrade to HD systems.

You can always manually compensate like people have been doing for years.
