can any 1 shine a little light on me as to which I should dl and why ???

Im also thinking about getting a new sound card, Motu 8pre or Apogee Duet any feedback or advice?

I have read some stuff about MOTU not working well with the Mac chip sets....

I'm using the 32 bit driver with my macbook pro and mobile pre.
i hate my mobile pre.
crappy preamps make it unusable for professional work. IMHO, of course.

i've had no problems with MOTU interfaces. i regularly use the 828mkII, and traveler. no worries there.

I agree it is not for pro use mine has a nice hissss coming out of it, but it was $170. I try to help it with mastering...
I was thinking about the 828 or the Apogee s/p Duet??
