 Affected Drum Loop, How do I get this sound? |

I'm trying to emulate a really different drum loop, but not sure how to get the affect. Tori Amos' "Caught a Lite Sneeze" is a perfect example. I really love the drums at the very beginning. Here's a link...just scroll down some
