Logic Environment & Alesis Qs8.1, Does the Setup Assistant Suffice? Options

What is the best way to set-up my Alesis QS8.1 with Logic Express?
It seems to set-up fine (except for the patch and bank names).
However, is there a better way to set-up the environment???
I searched for current version environments but I cannot find any.
