I need to know objectively and honestly without hype what audio sequencer would be comparable to sonar on the mac? I am a pc user, about to purchase an ibook for music only and Sonar has been a godsend on my pc, but unfortunately i can't have it on my mac.

also can anybody tell me if Pro tools has audio syncing abilities, like acid, or sonar. I'm a collage composer and typically record my guitar, bass, and drums into sonar and then chop them up into individual parts for remixing and processing.

"logic is chock full of bugs" would be a forum with only one person posting.

i've been using logic for about 10 years and never had any of these problems you talk about.

seems to me that your main problem lies in the user interface.
ie: the USER!
