I'm looking to convert MP3s and WAV files to MIDI format, and then to convert the MIDI onto sheet music. Does anyone know of any cheap but reliable software that I can download for Macs? I'm hoping I can find a free simple converter software to download but I don't know of any. I just need to be able to have scores of songs quickly without having to recreate them myself completely using a notation software. I searched on the Web but most were only for Windows.

Even a simple score is a fairly complex document. The best way to handle this is with either Finale or Sibelius. If you regularly write for a specific ensemble, create a template that includes everything except the notes and title. Import the MIDI file into a separate document and cut and paste the notes into the template. As noted below, you will still have to edit the notes. You can also play the notes into the template, though I find the various step-time entry methods to be quicker. While Sibelius is probably more intuitive for the beginner, Finale does offer some scaled down versions that are less expensive.
