Recently moved to Logic Gold 6 from PC 5.5.1. I understand from several notes on these forums that the AU of EXSP24 saves sampler info etc differently to the VST version.
I was successfully using 2 Xtreme sample CDs with the VST version, but can not find these instruments in the EXSP24 AU. How do I amend this problem so all the samples/instruments from the CDs are available?  Cheers, G G4 Powerbook.Emagic6|2. Logic 6.3.1 |

Sounds like you have the old version.
In OSX the proper place is users/library/exsp factory sounds.
