I worked in the MI retail market for three years, so I think I have a pretty decent idea of how things are. The Triton is by far the most popular. Everybody has one and they are very easy to use, however, everybody has already used the sounds. You also don't need the sampling and sequencing capabilities since you'll be using Logic. Forget about the Fantom, it has some of the worst sounds Roland has ever put out. My personal suggestion would be a Yamaha Motif. The keys are actually weighted properly as opposed to the Fantom and Triton, and the sounds are the best out of the three.
Triton - Popular and therefore compatible with everyone else, decent sounds, decent keys, easy to use Motif - Killer sounds, Perfectly weighted keys, mediocre interface Fantom - Brittle sounds, decent keys, poor interface
Triton or Motif will work just fine, but save yourself and don't get the Fantom.
I hope this info can help you
