time to reset the motherboard… Unfortunately I don't know how to do it on a powerbook… Search the knowledge base at Apple support on "reset motherboard -model of your powerbook-" I'm not sure it can be done by the end user as it can on desktop models… But it'll reinitialize all ports so should solve the problem. Before going to the repair shop, wait for other advices, I may be a poweruser, but I'm don't know everything.
