I hadn't thought about building my own cables, do you know of any information on how to construct cables? Do you make your own cables? I would imagine it could be very cost effective!

If you have time and are not clumsy as hell YES ![smile.gif](http://en.440forums.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) you need: - a decent source of cable - a decent source of connectors - heatshrink stuff - a powerfull solder iron (not a little tiny for micro electronics, something more substantial with a bigger pan) - non organic core solder (important) - time - some planing ![wink.gif](http://en.440forums.com/forums/style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) As I've got to cable my studio, I'm planning the thing, and as I'm broke and unemployed, the time left/cost effective argument is very relevant for me. If you can make them the right way, they will be of good to very good quality. As I'm managing my effects (and I'm a bit in a hurry), more in the next post…rolleyes:
