Hi there,

I worked with my G3, Logic 4.8 and OMS 2.3.8, Midisport 2x2 and it was oke. Now with my new Powerbook G4, MacOs 9.2 and OMS the trouble started. First I copied my setup from the G3, that didn't work (huge delay and no Midi in). Then I made a new setup with the same result or worse.
Does anyone has a clue what's wrong and is there a better Midi software solution for Logic (and Reason) without OMS or Freemidi ?

Greetings from Holland.

i should just say here that over the years i've used opcode and motu midi interfaces with logic and no oms. wink.gif
and why do digidesign insist on the use of oms when their support of midi is so weak ? huh.gif
i heard the news that the guy who wrote oms all those years ago is now developing for apple. let's hope it works out well !
oh yeah, and anybody who likes to run reason in sync with their sequencer might want to check out storm, it's like a baby reason that functions as vsti. cool.gif
