Does anyone have anything good (or bad) to say about the Behringer B2? I'm currently using an SM-57. Will a lower end condensor like the B2 make a big difference in my recordings? Any other suggestions? Thanks...

Groupe : Messages : 0 Inscrit : -- Membre n^o 0	Yep, The B2 will sound much better than your sm57. Its an affordable condenser mic. Ive used the B1 (wich is simmilar but only has a cardoid pattern and 1 diaphram) and the B2 pro. Big improvement on a dynamic mic. Thing is you need to run it on phantom power so you will need to buy a standalone mic pre or a small mixer that has a phantom power supply. The beringer UB1002 is good for that. The preamps are quiet but ive got a feeling that there not quite full spectrum. That my 2 cents anyway. =)
