Hi all!
I don't know what to do. My G4 733 has been running like a tractor for nearly a year, but the last few days it seems to be in trouble  It freezes for no reason at all, it seems. It doesn't matter if I'm in Logic or in Netscape... I get a bus and an address error. First I thought that maybe I don't have enough RAM (384) but now I think that it is maybe my USB hub that is the problem. When it freeze I have tried to reconnect the USB hub and then it seems to be working again. Is it bad to reconnect the hub? Could I damage anything? And are there someone else out there who has a similar problem? This is a terrible situation

You most likely already did this but:
1. Zap the Pram 2. Rebuild the desktop/ 3. Run Norton Disk doctor or something similar from another partition or outside source so that you are not using your start-up system. 4. When was the last time you installed something new? If it was within a few days of your problem occurring, try uninstalling and see what happens. cb |
