Hi i have a mix 24 sysem 3 888's and a dual 1.25 g4
I recently purchased logic 7 and I do not understand the direct tdm,core audio and dtdm thing. Only my first interface shows up when i am in core audio mode when i switch to direct tdm i see imputs but i lose my virtual instruments. Please help


Oh yeah and what is the deal with having to launch core audio before launching logic to allow mbox and 002 to work what a royal pain in the ass.

Eh? It sounds like you should go back into Audio/Midi setup and select your mbox or 002 as the CoreAudio device. Then run the Logic Setup Assistant again and make sure that you select the digi interface as your audio device. Logic should launch the digidesign coreaudio driver during loading and everything should be a royal day at the beach.

Actually, I just noticed how old your post was, hopefully you've figured this out by now and I'm just typing to keep my fingers in shape.
