J'ai envoyé 5 mails à spectrasonics depuis samedi à propos de mon author rmx et j'ai recu 5 fois cette réponse

et rien d'autre alors qu'ils auraient du m'envoyer un mail immédiatement avec la confirmation du code d'authorisation
le dernier mail envoyé juste avant de recevoir cette 5 ème réponse a été envoyé ce soir mercredi à 17h contenait mon serial number et le code que demande stylus pour avoir la response code que puis je faire de plus??
Ca marche en mode démo mais quand je veux authoriser en faisant des copier coller des codes serial et asking et une clef usb (encore merci ) le site spectra me répond

je l'ai fait 5 fois et les copier coller ont tous bien fonctionné
tout marche en démo
