I was wondering if there might be realtime arranger programs for Mac.
I know about the pc (yuk) program "Jammer" & also wondered if it would work for mac via virtual pc. The closest thing I've seen for mac is band-in-a-box. The only problem with b-i-a-box is that it doesn't arrange in real time. Instead.., one must typ in each chord & then play back. I want something that will literally follow my lead. If anyone knows of anything... Thanks -------------------- d:-)

At the summer NAMM show I saw something that might work for you. I don't remember the program name, but the company is Mibac software (I think it's at www.mibac.com). Give it a try.
Scott P.S. The reason I didn't find out much about it is the guy manning the booth looked familiar to me. He turned out to be a former professor at the college I went to (and president of the company) so we spent too much time talking about old times and mutual friends, never actually got around to discussing the software. D'oh!! |
