If you record a song using a Garage Band loop, and try to commercialise (ie send it to record companies as a demo) it, are there difficulties with copyright?

Hi Maziz,
no Maziz, this won't be a problem, because all of the loops you use from Garageband aren't registered in companys like the Gema (here in Germany) or any other. You are the individually Composer of the Music and you have all rights to confirm your sound. I know this for sure because I work for the TV and I produce a lot of Music in my work with Soundtrack Pro, espedially with Garage loops. Justd. |
