Hi, im about to change my setup so i dont have to carry a big heavy sampler around!
Im just wondering if anyone out there is already doin something like what im thinking of. Any thougths or comments apreciated. Currently... 1ghz G4 powerbook/logic 6 > usb midiman midisport > akai s6000 > 12 analog outs to mixing desk. Possibly Maybe 1.67ghz G4 powerbook/logic 6 > firewire, 2 x motu travllers > outputs to mixing desk. Sure i could mix all the audio in logic but i prefer the hands on control of a desk, i use plenty of effects and move randomly between loop points. cheers faderc |

Word of warning: A lot of older MOTU device drivers will only support one device. I seem to recall that the original version of the Traveller driver was this way. I don't know if they have fixed it or not.
