I'm using Band in a Box with an M-Audio Keystation 49 controller keyboard. I'm having problems entering data with the keyboard. The BIAB maker (PG Music) tells me the problem is that I'm missing CoreMidi. Where/how do I find CoreMidi? (I'm running OSX 10.4 on a G5) Thanks!

That is a little weird. CoreMidi should always be there. How old is your copy of BIAB? There was a major change at 10.2 in the way that an app queries CoreMidi to find out what devices are present in the system. If you have an old, pre-10.2 app, it won't work. Might also be an old driver problem.

The one other thing I can think of is that the MIDI Server can't start for some reason, or is hung up. Not sure why that would be, but I've heard of it. However, if that were the problem, it seems that a reboot should have fixed it.
