Hi. I recently bought a Powerbook, replacing a PC. I have a Digi002 that was functioning fine with the PC. With the Mac, the audio worked great immediately (not so on the PC btw), but the MIDI only works in one direction (the MIDI out of the DIGI). Since I'm new to OSX (10.3.9) I thought maybe there is something I'm missing in terms of setting up the MIDI to send and recieve.
(More info: the problem exists in both PT and 3rd party software) Thanks for your help. - Chris |

Are you using the MIDI Out of a keyboard to MIDI In of your Digi 002? Are you using a USB keyboard? If you are using a USB keyboard you might have to install drivers on your Mac. If it's straight MIDI Out to MIDI In it seems strange that only the MIDI Out would work. What exactly are you trying to do? Are you synchronizing with MIDI TC or just trying to play virtual instruments or hardware synths?
