Core Audio Disk Too Slow ....???, CRASH CITY Options

hello
this is my first post ...ahem ...
i running logic platinum on a G4 duel processor , if I try to play back my seven track audio song i get the error ... CORE AUDIO DISK TOO SLOW OR SYSTEM OVERLOAD ( -10010) I don't have anuthing else running , is it just the internal sound card ? not powerful enough ? I'm a new mac and logic user so eh... help please ....ta
oh yeah ..

CPU Speed: 500 MHz

Memory: 512 MB

maybe I should mention that when I load this song I get a 'creating overview for ...." each audio track ,this is the small progress bar window on the top left cornor of my arrange window, followed by a
'read/write does not allow writing Result code -61 ' this happens for each audio track in the song.

Thanks for that Beya, it's a very important bit of info, as I am not entirely sure of the difference between the performance meters and their implications. It has also potentially saved me shelling out on a Lacie HD etc.

1. Purchase a more powerfull machine

I have just bought additional RAM, bringing it up to 1.5G's for my Pb. I get Overload messages when using:

1x Ultrabeat
2x GAP
1x BassAmp
1x SpaceDesigner
and only a total of 4 audio regions in the arrange...

My machine is Powrbook 17' 1Ghz 60G HD (of which 23G's are available)

Does it sound normal for the above system to you?
