hi all, can anyone give me advice on how to do an uninstall and reinstall of Logic on the mac (10.4) ? please?
I know how to do this for Windows but dont know mac well enough to know how to do this properly for the mac.... my Logic has been firewired to a new mac and it does not work so I am seeing on this forum that its best to do a clean install properly. Can anyone give me advice on how to do this? many thanks in advance guy |

I'd boot from an OS disk and run disc utility, then repair prefs and repair disk. This may help settle your OS down a little...
You prob also need to re-install system or core audio and Logic at least, you're getting behavoiur that sounds like corruption of some kind. You have never given a specification for your setup, what mac model, ram, drives, audio interface etc, accessories -------------------- Simon Flinn
