I'm about to purchase Logic 7, not for the other stuff (i have PT and Reason) but for Waveburner. I own the system 9 version and it is awesome, but it's long in the tooth and I don't want to switch OSs all the time (and it doesn't run in Classic).
So is Waveburner 7.1 (or whatever) at least as good as the old version, or is it sucko? And if so, what else is out there besides Bias, Sonic Solutions for editing good ol' interleaved stereo files? And please don't tell me Jam - it's so bad... Inquiring producers want to know, thanks in advance, stephen barncard -------------------- |

I'd suggest that you join the Waveburner-users group at Yahoo:
Waveburner-users There has been some discussion lately of the version that comes with Logic 7.1. Apparently even old OS9 files open now, and other faults have been fixed. I don't have 7.1 yet so I can't confirm anything personally. Regards - Colin |
