Hi Camarao, my opinion and advice is, never buy lacie. To expensive and at least much to noisy. It's much cheaper to prepare a own external, maybe with a newer icecube on firewire or, for example, I bought a One Technologies 250 GB for 170.- € on Firewire 800. It's really silent and works as good as possible. I also have lacie in my office and the sound drives me nearly crazy, so if you have still the possiblity to give it back, do it!. 8) deejay
