hi, it would help to know a bit more about what you want to accomplish. there are many ways to change a note's pitch, using both the edit window manipulation, and/or plug-ins. the manual, and on-line tutorials are great places to start for beginners. but if you're still stumped: first, do you mean MIDI notes, or audio? or both... second, do you want to 'tune' a note, to make a more accurate performance, or do you want to use the pitch change as an effect, to emphasize or color the sound? are you working on monophonic or polyphonic material? i'm probable forgetting something, but that sort of thing. i think the more specific you are with your questions, the more likely you are to get an answer from the forums. good luck!

oh! that's so interesting. in the old days some hardware synths had a program page called "tuning tables" that would allow you to do that. some modern software synths will allow you to do it as well. they might allow you to choose historical or mathematical tunings. (mean tone, pythagorean, weltmeister) they MAY allow you to tweak each key. i know the PRO version of Pianoteq has excellent note by note tuning control. i don't know of a plug-in that allows you to do that. i'd be interested to hear from other forum members about their experience with this type of work. it's possible your best approach would be to build your own sample based instruments, using a sample player. assign a sample, or layers of samples, to each key, and tune each key individually. this work reminds me of the wonderful music of Lamonte Young, Wendy Carlos, Glen Branca. good luck! i hope it comes out great.

Why this strange tuning setup? It doesn't appear to match anything I've ever heard of. You're sure you don't just want to drop the overall pitch from 440 to 432?
Okay, if indeed you meant what you said about the tuning frequencies, other than building your own sample sets, it would be possible to recorded the monophonic instruments and match those pitches by writing pitch bends for each note... that would be a start. Next you could figure out chordal parts, and record one note of each chord at a time, and pitch bend those as well (you would probably need to render each part as you went).
Yikes.
