[size=2]Can some one please recommend the best way to use a desk with my mbox 2. I have a Mackie 24-8 desk. I know its over kill but I want to be able to use the eq, and pre's on the way into mbox. I generally record no more than 2 tracks at once and prefer to mix with pro tools.

How do I patch it all together?

I want to control all input from the desk, including monitoring and head phone set up. blink.gif

Output from tape outs buss 1+2 into MBox stereo input so that you can send your instruments/vox signals through the desk to the MBox using busses 1 + 2
Monitor from stereo line out from MBox to 2 line ins of Mackie desk
Set the levels and press record
Monitor from Control/Studio Room outputs on desk
Headphones are self explanatory just plug them in
