I am not sure if Nuendo is even available for Mac. I currently use Ableton Live but, I am not sure if you would like the weird approach that it takes to digital music making. It took me a while to really get the hang of it but the effort was worth it. If you want a platform that is really common among the pro's I would suggest either Logic or Digital Performer (you could start with Logic Express, which is cheaper, and upgrade easily and reasonably when you felt ready). I am not gonna really dog Pro Tools but, damn....it is really temperamental and you have to really pay attention to getting a system together that it will work with and keep it that way. Pro Tools will not move in time with every OS update and it often is real finicky about the plugs and other things you may want to use. I have a version of PTLE and an M-box that I am about to put up for sale that I really never used. Some people love it though. ALL of the software you mentioned have free demos. You ought to download a couple of them and see how well they work with the way you would like to approach music making. Have fun.

biggrin.gif Thanks for your tips. I want to know about M-box. They say that M-box is good for recording. Can you tell me, if I use Logic Pro / Digital Performer, which soundcard is better to handle Logic Pro / Digital Performer ? Can you help me ?
