Thanks for the quick response,
That's what I thought that I needed to do. I was just thinking that there has to be a faster way. I had no problem with the drum tracks that all started at zero but the vocals and keys that came on later on (that were not recorded from zero) were a pain to line up. I fear that soloing and re-recording everything from zero is the way to go. Oh boy I'm not looking forward to this.
So later last night after much searching in Cubase, I found a way to export to an OMF, so I did, pretty big file size.
When I went in to Dp4 to import however it did not reconize the Omf file?
More likely a pc/mac problem?
Anywho, Thanks again, I'll post if I find out anything from Stienberg. Have a good day, Monk0013

Hi, I'm new to this forum, but I already "troubleshooted" cubase OMF export feature (I was exporting from SX to Protools). Indeed you do not need to bounce every track to zero and re-import them in DP.
You should give us more details on which export caracteristics you use.
Question: Is DP supports OMF 2.0? if not check the 1.0 box when expoting. The reason why I ask this is that when I'm opening a "Cubase OMF" in Protools, a plug-in called DIGI-TRANSLATOR is needed. Maybe, on DP, you need something similar.
Advice: Do not allow the "SNAP EVENT TO FRAME" option. If you do so, your events start will snap to grid according to the tempo of your arrangment. Which is not usefull when your song has no tempo track. Even if you do have a tempo track and did some edits (cutting or moving events) with the "GRID BUTTON" disabled, you once again shouldn't allow the "SNAP EVENT TO FRAME" option.
Hope this will help.

This might be helpfull (from the moderator Christian Dettner at CUBASE.NET): http://forum.cubase.net/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?p=169#169or this thread about OMF and DPerformer: http://www.cubase.net/phpbb2/viewtopic.php...6&highlight=omfI was told that Cubase SX projects using "32 bit floating" are not compatible with the OMF procedure. This might be your transfert problem. Anyways, Good luck!
