A friend of mine is giving me the Emagic A 2/6 interface. I do not have the budget to buy one right now. Another friend has told me that the Emagic A2/6 won't work with OSX. Something with Core Audio? Does anyone know anything about this?

Working fine here! I'm using 10.3.9, btw. What I'd like to know is if it still works fine with Tiger. Anyone?!

Ahhh yes, glad to hear it's working on 10.3.9. My friend did say "he heard it won't work on tiger". I confused that statement thinking he said he heard it wont work under panther.
