I had a PowerBook that was stolen after I'd ordered an interface for a mic and keyboards. It never came and I cant remember what it was called - yeah, just call me another dumb blonde...
I'm getting an iBook to replace the last portable and want to order again. All I remember is that the postage to France was more than the goddam article itself! Does anyone know/remember what it was called and who makes it? (it was something like 'iMic' but I'm not sure). Thanx Tiloop (means 'Little Wolf' when read with a French accent) |

thankx for answering. You're right. That's the thing I ordered and never got. Do you know if there's anything similar on the market that's not USB but FireWire?

Nothing exists in this price range ...
But for a 'few' bucks more, you should look at the cool (firewire) interfaces from Mark Of The Unicorn: http://www.motu.com -------------------- Prutulz

Tu peux acheter un imic en France - oops you can get imics in France but you'll probably have to educate the salespeople - no matter what you want to buy. I bought an ibook at one shop rather than another, simply because he had an imic in stock. When I got it home I found it was a Plaintalk jack to standard jack adapter. He did finally get it for me but I got the impression he only liked my money as long as I just said 'I want this - here's the money. Thankyou. Goodbye'
