Hey,
I've got an Audiophile USB interface and here's what I've noticed. If I have any sort of power spike, like turning off and on another device (which sometimes I have to do when my Numark Axis 9 freezes), the Audiophile just stops working. My G4 500 laptop running Live 2 seems totally fine, but my audio in and out and the MIDI just stops. I seem to have to power cycle it and reboot the laptop to get it to work again. This makes it unusable to me in a live situation. Anyone else have this issue? It's more or less made me abandon my laptop setup for live shows. I really don't want to have to buy a power conditioner, as the idea for this setup was to be tiny with little setup time.
