 Oxygen 8 Controller, can't assign knobs |

I have logic audio 6 with n Oxygen 8 midi controller. I am able to assign pan and volumn to the knobs and slider but am unable to assign any of the other parameters for software instruments or plug-ins to the knobs. I think that I might have to set up the environment etc but I don't seem to be able to find anything that might help me solve this issue. I am really new to all of this so any help would be appreciated. Thanks

look for a midi code sheet for the Oxygen 8 and it should tell you what message# each of those knobs transmits on so then you can assign them as needed, It is kinda tricky to do byt once you learn it... it becomes much easier ;-)
