before I spend my hard earned cash does anyone know of a cheapish usb mixer with automation that will most certainly work with Logic Express 7.2? Can you be more specific when you say "with Automation?" Logic can work with anything that is doing typical MIDI. Are you looking for a cheap USB mixer with moving faders and bi-directional communication with Logic? IMO, your best bet is to consider a Mackie Control and a good quality I/O just for audio. Give me your budget, and I'll make some recommendations. -bs- |

Check out the Behringer BCF2000....much cheaper than the Mackie & works pretty darn good & has motorized faders, etc. I am assuming that you really want a Midi Fader Controller vs a Digital Mixer that acts like a console. Look into Tascams or Yamahas if you want something that will also function as an Interface/Mix Bus but you won't find a cheap one.
