Hey guys.

Need some help here. Running Logic 7.2.3.

My recording setup goes lke this

Mics: MXL2001, MXL603, Electro Voice MC300, Shure58ABeta

Run into a behringer Eurorack mixer (before they were crap)

Into a tascam DP01, which is a hard disk multitrack. That is hooked into a pair of big Realistic Studio headphones, and a pair of MAudio Monitors.

Ill track in my basement, bring the tascam up to my room, and use the USB fucntion to drag and drop my files into logic, which are all 16bit 44100hz uncompresed .wav files.

I imported my stuff in last night, and my god does it sound aweful. I was using my Maudio monitors on my Dual G5, and the sound coming out was so middy, so cold. ESPECIALLY on the guitars.

I plugged the tascam into my momnitors, just to check that the room wasnt interfearing much, and the sound from the tascam was WAY different. But in iTunes, or even quicktime preview, im hearing the tracks closer to how they were recorded.

Also, im sure its a setting issue but everything i export has that internet radio sound to it. Of corse the Bounced files are nothing like what i just heard in the timeline. I assume i have to do a Bounce Realtime or lock all my tracks first then bounce realtime?

Can anyone offer any help? any suggestions? Ive never had this issue before.

Thanks in advance.
