For the basic compatibility info, always check first The Compato page at Digi. It says for the emac QUOTE Not Tested:
eMac G4 (although not tested, there are no known differences in performance compared to iMac G4 with similar processor speeds) Have an external hard drive for audio, and MORE ram (first thing to adress, really)

It`ll work fine. I have some experience with ProTools LE on less than optimal computers. I have been running PT6.9 on a 800mhz iBook, with 384MB ram. Didn`t run awesome, but it ran. More RAM and a firewire HD, and you`ll be ready to rock in no time.
