Bravery Intro Arppegio Options

Does any one know how to get a similar sound to the intro of Unconditional or Honest Mistake by the Bravery.
Ive been trying but I dont really know what im doing

I listened to "Unconditional" -> single oscillator basic square waveform, Bitcrusher (or possibly just an ordinary guitar amp etc.) to degrade and distort, low frequencies cut off + some mono delay.

Very easy to achieve for instance with Logic using ES-M, Bitcrusher, Channel EQ and Delay.
