 Recording Audio Onto Pbook G4 550, is there a usb/fw device for stereo rec? |

i have a question:
i have a powerbook G4 Titanium, 1 GB SDRAM, OSX Panther, BIAS peak 4.... and i only have one 1/8" stereo output for audio. i must be able to record live mixes off of my turntables, and wondered if anyone had a solution or recommendation for a usb or firewire recording device that would record right from the mixer, since this 'book lacks a MUCH desired 1/8' REC in. Thanks!!! In a while, i will get a Powermac G5, and use my Audiophile 2496 in it, but i have to take this G4 with me when i perform. So thus the need for some sort of solution to this. |
