Cubase MMC problems, 3sec lost... Options

Hi,

I'm using Cubase (4.1r2)in MMC mode to control another mac via MIDI (my master clock MTC is a motu midi interface drived by OMS).
The synchronisation between my 2 machines is great... but when I stop Cubase, if move the song position pointer, the other machine jump to a frame 3 seconds before Cubase's Time code.
At first, I suspected my second computer. So I tried MMC mode with Pro tools and everythig work fine (no more 3 seconds ofset).

Has anyone got a solution? did I miss something? is it another Cubase's bug?
