I have had my M-Audio 410 interface for about a year now. Just recently I have been having a problem with what I think is the connection. I will turn everything on and when I play audio...whether it be from my DAW or just iTunes...I get a crackling sound with the audio....If I reset it a couple times that usually fixes it. But I also get this same crackling when I record audio as well.. What is this!!! and is this fixable??!?!?

If it's somewhere in the connection, try first another cable then if it's still there, shake the connections (gently).

If it's not linked to these, then it's software related or hardware in the 410.

Can you relate the crackling start with something you installed? OS update ?
Have you run for example OnyX to repair permissions/BSD maintenance scripts/cleaning caches/update prebinding the system?
Have you reset the ports/motherboard of the computer? (which is it first?)
