The apps interface size is so small that I can't read some of the control knobs, I've tried the resolution to no avail, that makes it even more hedious, also it says that it will only play through a soundcard that has a Sound Manager driver as I believe my Emagic Audiowerks 2 does, any advice

IIRC, you can't resize the font size in rebirth, but there is different skins. Maybe you're in 1280x1024 on a "small" monitor?

For your soundmanger problem, what's appearing in the output setting of your Sound Control Panel? Sorry, i don't know the Audiowerks... Anyone? But you should have an Audiowerks output, haven't you?

Remember that rebirth also supports rewire connection, so you can route internally the audio outputs individually (or mixed) in your favorite sequencer (best way to go, IMHO). Really handy :-)
Works nicely with Digital Performer, as does Reason.

Bye.
