i know this is probably a pointless question for most, but i use garageband and have tried messing around with the arena rock guitar setting and i can't find anything that really sounds like AC/DC....anyone have any luck with that, maybe some extra settings or such?

Don't know if this will help you, but know that Angus Young uses a Gibson SG, Marshall JTM45, and two 4x12 cabinets.
Model accordingly...

that is because the amp doesn't have distortion you have to push the tubes to get it hot enough to sound dirty. most solid state and emulators will never be able to get this sound.
but angus used fender amps in the studio and marshall amps live.
